Refund Policy

At BrightEssays.com, your happiness is our main goal. We have a fair refund policy for when our service doesn't meet your expectations.

You may qualify for a full or partial refund if:

• The paper was not delivered by the agreed deadline, and no prior extension was granted.
• The paper shows clear deviation from the original instructions, contains major factual or structural errors, or is plagiarized beyond 10% (excluding references).
• You cancel the order before a writer has been assigned.

Refunds are not guaranteed if:

• The order has been approved or substantially used.
• A revision was not requested prior to seeking a refund.
• The original instructions were unclear or changed after the order was placed.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Larger projects (e.g., dissertations) may be eligible for up to 30 days. Every request is evaluated by our Quality Assurance Team.
