The discussion topic for the Livestock area in Module 11 is to Define the Single most important Sustainable issue for your favorite species of Livestock. ***note that when I say “Livestock” you can include Aquaculture (fish, lobsters, oysters, etc.) as well as Pleasure Horses and of course Poultry or other birds (Pheasants, Pigeons, etc.)
For your lecture assignment, you are working on a larger version of this same topic. Assuming you pick the same “livestock” for both, you can certainly use discussion here about what is the “most” important sustainable issue to help you write up your assignment on all the sustainable issues of your “livestock”. “Livestock” is NOT limited to goats, cows, sheep, etc. Pick something you are really interested in a talk it up with the rest of the class!
