Think about the different performance appraisals you have received  throughout your career. Was there a really good one or even a bad one?  Is there anything you could have done differently to affect the outcome  of the performance appraisal? Have you ever had to give someone a  performance review? How was the process? What do you think is the most  important part in any performance appraisal?
