In her 2014 piece on “University of Radicalism” Professor Christina Heatherton analyzed the convergence of revolutionaries at the Leavenworth Penitentiary between 1917 and 1922. In this work Heatherton described Flores Magón’s strategy of resistance to exploitation and his ambition to internationalize the struggle against racial capitalism. Pick one example of a more recent struggle against racial capitalism. Make an argument about the similarities and differences to Magón’s struggle.
