I’m trying to study for my Management course and I need some help to understand this question.
This week focuses on organizational change and implementation of organizational change. After studying the learning material for this week, respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
- Describe in detail the approach or steps you will follow in implementing an organizational change.
- What actions will you take to maximize organizational unity and to minimize resistance to change?
- How will you know if and when the change has been achieved?
I have added an attachment that shows a “3D2E” approach used in change dynamics. This is a home grown item that was developed over a few years so there is not a reference. The process is very effective with strong people management, change management, and project management skills.
