Then open and complete the worksheet below the tutorials. The worksheet can be about this week’s Discuss or you may chose any other topic. Submit that worksheet to the course Drop Box for Unit 1.

Part two of this Discuss assignment: Organizational Behavior is such a fun course with so many topics that are relevant for you and your workplace. Chapters one and two are great starting points for this journey with topics like human and social capital, skills required for managers, Archie Carroll’s pyramid of social responsibility, managerial ethics, and diversity! For your discussion post, I want you to discuss your AHA moment from the chapter.

The “AHA” moment is a moment of sudden insight or discovery; however, it is NOT restating or summarizing the chapter. This is not a chapter summary at all! Do NOT summarize the chapter or concepts in the chapter (get the point? lol) This is an extension of what you have read. The AHA should be something that made you THINK (and go “AHA”) and then your blog will be the result of your THINKING and your outside research related to the THINKING. You can extend the discussion of the chapter through something that you wish to challenge, or provide a detailed example, or to extend, or ask an important question, or update, compare it to something in other chapters, etc. I expect to see more than something simple like, “CSR is important.”
