1. Discuss the relationship between data, information, and knowledge.

To understand the relationship between the information, data, and knowledge, first, we need to understand what exactly information, data, and knowledge is. As per the articles I referred-

Data:

Data is at times alluded to as the gathering of the diverse articles. It can likewise be characterized as the piece of information (Nguyen, 2018). In computer terminology, it is characterized as the information which was converted into the effective form for the preparing of the data. As such, it is alluded to as the arrangement of qualities (Nguyen, 2018).

Information:

Information and data resemble the other alike, yet data is alluded to as the plain facts while information is the gathered data must be handled to give the significant information (Rothberg, 2017). At the end of the day, when the gathered information is stored into the system it is referred to be as the data when the stored data is handled it is referred to be as the information (Rothberg, 2017).

Knowledge:

Knowledge is referred to be as the inferred type of the information (Jennex, 2017). Knowledge is what makes the familiarity with understanding something which might be identified with the certainties or information which is gained through the experience or through learning. Knowledge is characterized as which ought to be comprehended both hypothetically and for all intents and purposes (Jennex, 2017).

The relationship between the information and data and Knowledge:

Information, data, and knowledge are interrelated to settle on a superior choice for the development of the business. On the off chance that in the research individuals miss something, they may not anticipate or take the right information (Rothberg, 2017). With this information, the knowledge they get won’t be valuable to take the right decision. To conclude, I’ll say that the data swings to be an information and afterward to Knowledge (Nguyen, 2018).

2. Why do organization have information deficiency problem? Suggest ways on how to overcome information deficiency problem.

With the learning I got from referring the articles, I would like to explain my opinion on the information deficiency problem happens for both of all big and small-scale enterprises (Jennex, 2017).. It, for the most part, happens because of the ill-advised IT infrastructure and because of the uncalled-for information sharing between the divisions in the association. On the off chance that the association neglects to get the correct information or knowledge from their items, administrations and so forth it will be hard for them to withstand the competitive world (Jennex, 2017)..

Steps to be taken in order to solve the problem are:

  • By acquiring the awareness to the workers in the organization and disclose to them that it is so vital to communicate and share with them.
  • By keeping an eye on every one of the divisions and ensure that everybody is sharing the data with each other.
  • By routinely checking all the corresponding departments.
  • Taking the assistance of programming and getting the propelled innovation for the information systems.
  • Giving thankfulness to the group by giving them a few rewards and not to the people.
